Our Camp Roster is already half-full from last year’s students! We recommend reserving your spot as soon as possible.
2022 RATES:
Regular “Open” Camp Rate: $700
Early Bird Discount (paid by 3/31/21): $675
ELS Student Camp Rate (current): $675
ELS Student Early Bird Discounted Camp Rate (paid by 3/31/21): $650
Deposit to Reserve a Camp: $350
Camps are Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Early and late drop-off option upon request at registration (extended-care)
- Extended Care: $10 for early or late pick-up (before 9:00am or after 5:00pm)
What are the Steps to Register?
Step 1
Email completed registration form to info@elsstables.com.
Step 2
We will send an invoice for you to pay online. Once we receive the payment, the camp is reserved. You will receive a confirmation email. Note: Camp dates are reserved on a first-pay basis.
Step 3
Read the camp Welcome email sent in June. This will provide all the information about camp preparation including any current Covid-19 updates.
- Payments
- 50% of camp fee required to hold a camp date. We take CC by phone with a 3.5% convenience fee or bank transfers (no fee) or mail checks to the address below. Attention: 2021 ELS Summer Camps
- Final payment due by June 1, 2021 or camp spot will be forfeit and refund subject to a $200 administration fee.
GENERAL REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS:
Refunds are available with a minimum 30-day cancellation notice minus $200 administration fee. Camp cancellation less than 30 days can be converted to future riding lesson credit minus a $300 administration fee.
Cancellations by ELS due to acts of nature will be offered as credit for one riding lesson per day closed. Camp credit lessons can be used from 9/1/23-1/1/23 (based on availability-email for scheduling).
Parent cancellations, for any reason during camp week, are not subject to refunds or credit.

Holly Farm and Equine Life Solutions wants to remain a safe, unique, and fun destination for your kids. We vary the unmounted activities weekly so campers who attend multiple camps will enjoy learning new horse-related activities.
