2012 SUMMER CAMPS!!
Equine Explorers Summer 5-Day Camps!
Our summer day camps are 5 days of wonderful opportunities for campers to immerse themselves in all things horse. 5-day camp runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 p.m.
Our unique camps were developed with the balanced bareback riding philosophy. Students learn to ride “in the motion” and “feel” the horse and not just perch “on” the horse.
5 -Day Camps:
5-Day Camp Activities Include:
Daily barn chores caring for each camper’s assigned pony
Daily Education on a variety of horse-related topics
Horse-themed arts & crafts
1 riding lesson per day
1 ground-work lesson per day
A variety of games and fun in our big, beautiful field

5 -Day Camp Dates:
July 9-13 (ELS Students Only)
July 23-27 (Open to all students)
July 30-Aug 3 (Open to all students)
Aug 6-10 (ELS Students Only)
Time: Camp starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends promptly at 4:00 p.m. each day.
Before and/or after care (800-500) = $10 am and/or $10 pm
Cost:
Single Camp: $500 – A deposit of $250 (non-refundable) is required at sign-up to secure your spot – with balance due 30 days prior to camp start.
Get a 5% Early-bird Discount if you pay in full by May 1st ($475)
For additional camps, $50 discount each camp.
Get an Early-bird Discount if you pay in full by May 1st ($825.00)

1-Day Summer Pony & Art Camps
1-Day Camps run throughout the Summer on Mondays and Fridays (Ages 8-12)
1-Day Camp Activities Include:
Daily barn chores caring for each camper’s assigned pony
Daily Education on a variety of horse-related topics
Horse-themed arts & crafts
1 riding lesson per day (additional riding experience available for $40)
Art lessons using a variety of mediums
Cost: $150 (a $75 nonrefundable deposit is due at sign-up. Balance due 30 days prior to camp.
Optional Fees:
Before and/or after care (800-500) = $10 am and/or $10 pm
Additional Riding Lesson (1-Day Camp Only) = $40
Helmet Rental = $5.00
