What We Offer
Physically, mentally and emotionally, when connecting with a horse, you must be focused in the moment where your only concern is for your equine partner’s well-being.
Horsemanship provides amazing opportunities for youth to learn important lessons in clear communication with others. This skill will shape and influence a child’s ability to build healthy relationships with others.
The ELS Two-Legged Team
Miharu teaches youth. With the help of her Sponsee Gracie, Miharu is kept in line and well-trained.
Emma teaches all ages in the riding school. She is sometimes caught doling out carrots.
Cory’s background in equestrian sports, inspires kids to dream. Her adopted partner Sansa is inspired too!
Robyn ensures the horses and humans are following all the safety rules!
During the week, Emily is a Montessori school teacher and spends her Saturdays teaching riding lessons, playing with the animal farm, and keeping horses happy.
Emily and Roxie have been members of the ELS teaching team for many years. Emily adopted Roxie from ELS and has never looked back!
The ELS Four-Legged Team
Izzy is a gray Percheron with a background in therapeutic riding. She is great for everyone!
Gracie is our amazing Tennessee Walker. She is the best confidence builder for all students.
Kit is a sensible Mustang/QH. He was a beach/trail horse and has lots of human experience.
Sansa is a beautiful Arab/QH. She is a great confidence builder for kids and small adults.
Silvie is a Silver Grulla, Kiger Mustang. She is a favorite of the kids for her smooth trot.
Zee is a fun, sometimes silly Quarter Horse. He has experience in many styles of riding.
Bodie is an adorable Haflinger. He’s strong, smooth, and ideal for lunging kids and adults.
Angel is not only a sweet, colorful American Paint Horse, she absolutely loves her teaching job.
