Our goal is to give your camper a solid foundation to become a safe, balanced, confident, compassionate student, whether they are mounted or handling the horse on the ground. Our lessons are unique and individualized to meet the wants, needs and desires of each student, whether itβs their first time on a horse or they are an experienced horse person.

Where is ELS Stables located?
Equine Life Solutions (ELS Stables) is a premiere equestrian riding center residing at beautiful Holly Farm in north Bothell, Washington near Mill Creek, Clearview, Everett, Snohomish. Holly Farm is a 17-acre farm conveniently located just 40 minutes from downtown Seattle, and 30 minutes from Bellevue off Hwy 405. Watch a video of our beautiful facility!
What will my child learn with horses at camp?
Campers will have two daily mounted riding lessons as well as un-mounted horsemanship lessons throughout the week.During mounted lessons, your child will learn proper and safe bareback pad riding skills. Some of the unmounted lessons include basic horsemanship skills such as grooming, tacking and un-tacking the horse, leading a horse and general barn chores required to care for a horse.
What other activities will my child learn with at camp?
Our Camp Instructors are creative & talented in arts and crafts.The animal farm at Holly Farm has alpacas, a llama, sheep, goats, as well as our fine feathered flock of friendly chickens to meet. Fun and fit in the fields is an opportunity for campers and staff to play games and burn off some calories.
What are the camp requirements?
ELS Stables accepts Day Campers ages 7 β 12 and 13 β 17 (Horsemanship-to-Leadership Camp). We require an Evaluation lesson for 7-year old campers. Our bareback riders do not require boots to ride, however, we advise a strong shoe in the event a foot gets under a hoof! Riding helmets are available during the camp however, we can not guarantee hair hygiene with multiple users. If you choose to purchase a helmet for camp, ask for a local store coupon. Campers have the option to take one pre-camp evaluation riding lesson at a camper discount of $45 (regular lesson rates start at $60)
Why a pre-camp evaluation lesson?
The optional pre-camp evaluation riding lesson provides an opportunity for the camper to become familiar with our facility, horses, and instructors. Pre-camp lessons give the student an opportunity to grasp the fundamental concepts of so they are better prepared to safely ride with other campers during their session, maximizing the riding experience. Lessons in addition to the evaluation lesson, may be taken before and/or after the camp session. Cost starts at $60/hour.
What are the camp session days and times?
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM β 4:00 PM (early drop-off and late pick up options available with a fee)
What is the cost?

How do I go enroll my child in the ELS Stables camp program?
One-Day Monday Horse Camps for ages 7 – 11
Five-Day Horse Camps for ages 8 -12
Five-Day Horsemanship-to-Leadership Camps for ages 13 – 17
You will receive a confirmation email with camp information and instructions for payment. We advise you select a first and second choice. Our camps fill up quickly. Returning campers and ELS Students are given early registration opportunities.
